Team Orientation Meetings will be conducted the week of August 11-15. This is where you meet other people on your team, schedule practices, and get important information about the upcoming season. Just like last year, door prizes will be awarded but you must be present to win! The schedule:

Q: Who should attend?
At least one parent or guardian of each player should attend. Players are not required to attend, but they may attend if you cannot find babysitting.
Q: When should I arrive?
Please arrive early so that we can start on time. Board members will be on hand at least 20 minutes prior to the meeting to give out team assignments.
Q: I can't attend. What should I do?
If you do not attend the Orientation meeting, your team's Team Parent will contact you before the start of the season with the practice schedule and other information.
Q: How do I know which meeting to attend?
Unless you have made other arrangements with the Commissioner, your child's division is determined by his or her birthdate:

Q: I have multiple children who are playing. Do I need to attend each meeting?
Yes. Each team will have different coaches, practices, etc.
Q: Can I submit my volunteer application at the Team Orientation Meeting?
A: Yes. If you have not yet submitted a volunteer application (required for coaches, referees, team parents, board members, and clubhouse volunteers) you may do so at Team Orientation. Streamline the process by filling out the application online at www.eayso.org. Please print two copies of the application and bring them to Orientation.
Q: Where are the meetings?
Albany meetings will be conducted at Hill Street Church of Christ at 1805 Hill Street SE in Albany. The church is located approximately one block south of Little Ceasars. Enter through the door at the rear of the building.
Lebanon meetings will be conducted at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital on Santiam Highway. Enter through the Training Center entrance at the back of the hospital.
